Collective Bargaining Agreements for the Grayslake Federation of Teachers (GFT) and Grayslake Paraprofessionals and School Related Personnel (PSRP), both councils of the Lake County Federation of Teachers, Local 504, IFT/AFT, AFL-CIO, were ratified and adopted in the fall of 2022. Both Agreements are in effect through June 2025.

 

Student Teaching & Observing – CCSD 46 currently accepts student teacher, practicum, intern placements, and observation requests for both the fall and spring semesters. Our administrative staff reviews requests for fall requests in the spring and spring requests in the fall. We typically do not review requests during the summer months. Substitute Teaching – CCSD 46 has a continuing need for substitute teachers in grades Pre-K – 8. We are looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion for helping students. The daily rate for a substitute teacher is $115.
