Superintendent Search Survey
Community Consolidated School District 46 is gathering input from the CCSD 46 educational community through focus groups as well as an online survey to aid in the search for the next Superintendent of CCSD 46. We invite you to complete the survey linked below. The survey is open from Monday, September 8th, through Monday, September 15th. The survey closes at midnight on September 15th.

The district is seeking a leader who will continue to build on the district’s strengths and guide CCSD 46 into the future. The purpose of the focus groups and survey is to gather input on the key qualities, priorities, and experiences the next superintendent of CCSD 46 should possess. Feedback will be used to create a profile for the ideal candidate and will directly inform the search process.
Focus groups were held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in the Falcon Room at Frederick School. The community survey is open from Monday, September 8th, through Monday, September 15th. The survey closes at midnight on September 15th. The survey aims to gather additional thoughts and input from stakeholders in our educational community.
All feedback will be kept confidential and used to compile a collective summary for the search committee. We thank the community for its dedication to the success of our students and the future of the school district.

El Distrito Escolar Consolidado 46 de la Comunidad está recopilando opiniones de la comunidad educativa del CCSD 46 a través de grupos de discusión y de una encuesta en línea para ayudar en la búsqueda del próximo superintendente del CCSD 46.
