In June of 2024, Dr. Lynn Glickman announced her retirement as the Superintendent of CCSD 46 Schools effective at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 school year.
Earlier this year, the CCSD 46 Board of Education hired BWP & Associates, an executive search firm, to begin the process of hiring a new superintendent of schools for CCSD 46.
BWP & Associates has developed a leadership profile based on stakeholder data from Board of Education member interviews, in-person focus groups, and an online survey.
