Registration Fee Schedule
Fees can be paid online or by check or cash payment. Fee schedule is listed below.

Health Requirements

State-mandated requirements:
• New students: Physical, Dental, Vision exams, Record of immunizations
• Kindergarten: Physical, Dental, Vision exams, Record of immunizations
• 2nd Grade: Dental exam
• 6th Grade: Physical, Dental exams, proof of Tdap and MCV4 (meningococcal vaccine)
• Kindergarten-8th Grades: Proof of three doses of Hepatitis B

ALL PHYSICAL EXAMS MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND.
