Registration Information
For families of students continuing their CCSD 46 education, please review our registration guide below and visit our Continuing Student online registration link and complete the required registration forms no later than July 15, 2024. Please add any new to the district students in your existing household parent portal.

Residency Requirements
The District requires families of all continuing students to provide one proof of residence which you will have the option to upload in the registration application.
New students added will need to provide a birth certificate and 3 residency proofs which you will have the option to upload in the application or email to [email protected].
Bus Information
Bus stop information is based on your last submitted address or daycare information. If you have moved, please contact the Registrar. If your childcare arrangements have changed, please submit the change to your child’s school as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that bus stop changes submitted after August 6 will be completed for the first week of school.

Health Requirements
State-mandated requirements:
• New students: Physical, Dental, Vision exams, Record of immunizations
• Kindergarten: Physical, Dental, Vision exams, Record of immunizations
• 2nd Grade: Dental exam
• 6th Grade: Physical, Dental exams, proof of Tdap and MCV4 (meningococcal vaccine)
• Kindergarten-8th Grades: Proof of three doses of Hepatitis B
ALL PHYSICAL EXAMS MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND.
